En intressant historia
Under några mulna novemberkvällar har jag med nöje läst Lennart Lennerlöfs historiska betraktelse över svensk arbetslivsforskning ("Mitt arbetsliv. En rekonstruerad forskningshistoria", Premiss Förlag, 2008). Jag känner igen en del, även om jag inte varit med i svängen lika länge som Lennart, medan annat är nytt och tankeväckande. Framför allt ger hans långa perspektiv som sträcker sig över mer än 50 år en intressant bild av svensk arbetslivsforskning. Till exempel framgår tydligt hur arbetslivsfrågorna över tiden gått från att vara ett gemensamt utvecklingsområde för arbetstagar- och arbetsgivarorganisationer till att bli föremål för politiska stridigheter och partskonflikter. Även sättet att organisera arbetslivsforskningen har ändrats med tiden och jag läser med en rysning om alla de fonder och råd som under en period från slutet av 80-talet ständigt avlöste varandra.
